What to Know Before Applying
Welcome to our 3rd Season!
Please complete the application to become a vendor.
Season will be from April 21, 2026 through October 27, 2026. (This is a total of 28 weeks).
Market hours will be from 2:00 - 6:00 pm.
Vendor spaces will be 11 x 11.
Space fees can be paid with cash, check, CashApp, Venmo, or PayPal. A $2 surcharge will be added for each week that vendor fees are paid electronically (CashApp, Venmo, or PayPal).
Vendors Weekly Rates:
Single space $20.00
Double space $30.00
Triple space $40.00
Discount & Permanent space if paid in full for the season.
Single space $460.00 (This is equivalent to 5 free weeks)
Double Space $690.00 (This is equivalent to 5 free weeks)
Triple Space $920.00 (This is equivalent to 5 free weeks)
Discount & Permanent space if paid in full for 1/3 of the season (9 consecutive weeks).
Single space $160.00 (This is equivalent to 1 free week)
Double Space $240.00 (This is equivalent to 1 free week)
Triple Space $320.00 (This is equivalent to 1 free week)
Farmers Weekly Rates:
Single space $15.00
Double space $25.00
Triple space $35.00
Farmers Seasonal Rate:
Single space $345.00 (This is equivalent to 5 free weeks)
Double space $575.00 (This is equivalent to 5 free weeks)
Triple space $805.00 (This is equivalent to 5 free weeks)
Commercial Vendors Weekly Rates:
Single space $30.00
Commercial Vendor Seasonal Rate:
Single Space $690.00 (This is equivalent to 5 free weeks)
Food Truck Weekly Rates:
Tier 1 (No cooking on board) $20.00
Tier 2 (Cooking on board with a trailer up to and including 25 ft.) $25.00
Tier 3 (Cooking on board with a trailer 26 ft. or greater) $30.00
CANCELLATION FEE
Except in emergencies, i.e. serious illness, accidents, family or crop crisis, and other instances deemed to be a legitimate emergency, vendors will be responsible for their reserved booth fee if the Market is not informed of a cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the market opening.
The cancellation fee policy also applies to “No Show” vendors. Your booth fee is due immediately.
Vendors will be required to get business license as required from Richland County.
